PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE MOGULS CIRCLE. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, PURCHASING A PRODUCT, OR ENROLLING IN ANY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," "you," or "your") and The Moguls Circle, a Texas Limited Liability Company, operating under the trade name "The Moguls Circle" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using any products, courses, memberships, coaching programs, webinars, or other services offered by The Moguls Circle (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Earnings Disclaimer, and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access our Services.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Moguls Circle provides educational content and training programs related to stock market investing, stock options trading, and personal finance. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

- The Moguls Trading Blueprint — Comprehensive trading education program ($997)
- The Moguls Mentorship — Ongoing live mentorship program (6-month or 3-month subscriptions)
- The Paycheck to Profit Stock Course — Beginner investing education
- Parents Investing Starter Course — Investing education for parents
- Live Webinars and Masterclasses
- Private Community Access
- Supplemental resources, guides, checklists, and templates
IMPORTANT: All Services provided by The Moguls Circle are for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional. Nothing in our Services constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security.
4. ELIGIBILITY
To access our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration or purchase
Have the legal right to invest or trade in your jurisdiction
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Moguls Circle reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet these requirements.
5. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
Account Creation
Certain Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing
All prices for our Services are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices you will be charged, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount for your selected Services. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Subscription Services
The Moguls Mentorship program is offered as a subscription service. By enrolling in a subscription program, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the applicable subscription rate on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription billing cycles are as follows:
6-Month Mentorship: Billed as a one-time payment of $597 OR agreed payment schedule
3-Month Mentorship: Billed as a one-time payment of $297 OR agreed payment schedule
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered (e.g., 2 payments of $597 for the Moguls Trading Blueprint), you authorize us to charge each installment on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete all installment payments may result in suspension of access to the applicable Services until payment is completed.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your access to Services until payment is received. We may attempt to re-charge your payment method or contact you to update payment information.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, written guides, templates, checklists, worksheets, webinars, live sessions, graphics, logos, website design, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of The Moguls Circle or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree NOT to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Content without prior written permission
Create derivative works based on our Content
Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to our Content or Services
Share your login credentials or access with any third party
Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions for redistribution
Use our Content to create competing products or services
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use our name, brand, or likeness without prior written consent
Violation of these intellectual property restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages.
8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Members who access our private community agree to abide by the following standards of conduct:
Treat all members, moderators, and staff with respect and professionalism
Do not share, distribute, or resell any course materials or community content
Do not solicit other members for personal business opportunities
Do not post spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements
Do not share profane, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
Do not share specific trade alerts or financial advice with other members
Do not engage in market manipulation, coordinated trading discussions, or pump-and-dump schemes
Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other members
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for violation of these guidelines, without refund, at our sole discretion.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL The Moguls Circle, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INVESTMENT CAPITAL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Moguls Circle, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any trading or investment decisions you make based on educational content provided; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior in community spaces, chargebacks or payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your license to use our Content ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, or via video conference at mutual agreement. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring individual claims in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
